Pet Friendly Rentals

The Landis Co. handles a small number of rental properties that are "Pet Friendly". With all "Pet Friendly" rentals there may be a $100 to $200 surcharge or a deposit that is in addition to the rental amount posted on the rental page of the individual unit.

All rental property availabilities must be confirmed with the property owner in advance of preparing a lease. At that time we will advise the owner of the type and number of pets that will be on the premises.

To find properties that are "Pet Friendly" go to the main Rental Search Page and click on "Pets Allowed" yes or no.
